Justin Barasky is a Democratic strategist with 20 years of experience guiding the biggest and most competitive races in the country.

Prior to founding TKO, Justin made ads at Left Hook, where he ran media for 2024’s most competitive House race by presidential vote, Rep. Emilia Sykes in OH-13.

He also led successful independent expenditure efforts in 2024 and 2022 for Senators Mark Kelly, Catherine Cortez Masto, Ruben Gallego, and Michael Bennet, as well as statewide ballot initiative victories on renewable energy in Maine and reproductive rights in Arizona.

Previously, he served as Senior Advisor to the DSCC during the 2020 cycle, when Democrats retook the Senate, and as Campaign Manager for Senator Sherrod Brown’s successful 2018 reelection — the only successful statewide Democratic win in Ohio in more than a decade.

Justin also served as Communications Director for the DSCC in 2016 and for Senator Sherrod Brown’s winning 2012 campaign.

He resides in the suburbs of Columbus, Ohio, with his wife, Lauren, their three children, and their dog.
